Ordering is easy. While browsing throughout this site, you will see "Add to cart" buttons next to each item for sale. Simply click this button and it will add the desired item in your "cart". You can add to the quantity and click update cart any time you want more than one of the particular item. If you are not done shopping just click the continue shopping button. When you are finished shopping and ready to pay simply click the checkout button located in the shopping cart or on the upper right corner of the page. This will bring you to the login screen where you will enter your login and password. If you do not have one yet, you can create one by clicking the new user button. Be sure to check your email after signing up for your $5.00 off welcome coupon that you can redeem on your first purchase over $100.00. Also, if you would like to receive our newsletter, where you will receive future special offers and the latest news from us, then be sure to check the box when registering for your account. After logging in, you will continue the checkout process and be brought to the delivery information page. You can then follow the onscreen prompts and easily navigate through the checkout process. Please note, if you are trying to place a phone order, that it is best to leave a message (if you do not reach us on your first attempt) with your name, number, and the latest times to reach you at that number. Please Note: When selecting the standard flat rate shipping option, we reserve the right to ship via the method/carrier of our choice. You will also have the option to choose other shipping methods during the checkout process at your discretion should you desire to expedite the delivery of your products.
Please Note (International Packages): On larger/heavier packages (over 3 pounds), the flat rate option will not appear for international buyers and the buyer must select one of the actual cost shipping methods available during checkout. We find that USPS Airmail and EMS seem to be mostly efficient and very cost effective.
NEW! "Add to Order" Feature: Have you ever placed an order, sent the payment and not more than five minutes later, slapped yourself in the head because you just remembered you forgot to order something and now it's too late because you will have to pay another shipping charge? Well, we have made your day! If you have forgotten an item or items in your order and it has not been processed yet, then it is NOT too late to add to your existing order. After logging into your account, simply place the items in your shopping cart that you forgot the first time and then click on the "My Account" button on the upper right corner of your browser. You will see a list of your most recent orders at the top of the page under the "Overview" heading. If your order status is still processing then there will be a "view" button and an "Add to Order" button. Simply Click the "Add to Order" button and you will be brought to the shopping cart with the items you added to the cart earlier plus the initial items in your original order will be at the bottom of the cart with the new total order value (You will not be charged the new total amount but only for the new items in the cart). The total order value determines the shipping amount. For example, if your first order was for $85.00 and you selected our standard shipping option of 5.49 and now you are adding two items to your order, which by themselves would be $25.00, then now your order total would be $110.00. This new order total qualifies you for FREE SHIPPING so on checkout during the final process, where your total order is determined, you will see a credit for the previous shipping payment of $5.49 in addition to the $85.00 credit for the previously paid for items so the additional amount charged to your card for those two additional items is only $21.01 ($110.00 less $85.00 previous items less $5.49 previous shipping payment). At the present time, you are only able to "Add to Order" that is still in the processing phase. You will not be able to delete items you have previously paid for and must contact us if you wish to cancel or delete any previously ordered items.
