In order to show our deep appreciation for our devoted customers, we have begun our e-Flight Rewards™ program. The e-Flight Rewards™ program gives a percentage discount off each future order to individuals whose account totals have exceeded the minimum purchase requirements. Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions.

Q. What is the e-Flight Rewards™ program?

A. It is a discount program to show our appreciation to our devoted customers. The discount level is based on your previous order totals with ALL e RC's shopping cart. You can begin saving after exceeding $500.00 in total eligible orders (an eligible order is one which has been paid for and shipped and has had no returned items).

Q. How do I join the e-Flight Rewards™ program?

A. You simply need to be an ALL e RC customer with a current valid account. Completed orders must total over $500.00.

Q. In order to obtain the appropriate discount, do my orders prior to joining the e-Flight Rewards™ program count towards the order total volume needed?

A. Only previous orders placed via online count toward the total volume needed.

Q. I don't like giving my payment information over the internet. How can I still take advantage of the automatic discounts as part of the e-Flight Rewards™ program?

A. Simply place your order online and then phone, mail or fax us your payment information. Once your order has been paid in full and shipped, the total will show up as part of your order total.

Q. How can I tell my total order volume to date with ALL e RC in order to determine my discount level?

A. To determine your discount level, log into your account and click on My Account and your eligible order total will appear at the top of the page under the title "e-Flight Rewards™ eligible order total:". Only orders that have been shipped qualify as part of your eligible order total.

Q. If I return an item, does it count against my order totals?

A. Yes.

Q. I have ordered $501.00 from ALL e RC what discount level am I eligible for?

A. If you have $501.00 of previously eligible orders, your discount on future orders will be 1% until you reach the next discount level. Eligibility is based on your previously shipped order amount. Example: If you currently have $0.00 as your total and your first order is $600.00 then it would not be eligible for a discount, but your second order would be eligible for a 1% discount.

Q. Items that I ordered prior to 6/16/04 on the ALL e RC website are not appearing in the order history. Are these orders eligible?

A. Sorry, orders made prior to 6/16/04 on the ALL e RC website are not eligible for the e-Flight Rewards™ program. The previous shopping cart didn't have the order tracking capability needed to determine your discount.

Q. What if my discount doesn't show up when I order?

A. Once your order is placed, your discount is figured automatically and your credit card is charged. We will not apply retroactive discounts, so please be sure to check the total discount on the final order confirmation page prior to final checkout. Please report any problems regarding the discount level to us at info@allerc.com.

The e-Flight Rewards™ program discount is a courtesy extended to our repeat customers. Although we have tested the program extensively, there is a possibility of minor issues arising with the discount percentage applied. We would ask that as a valued customer you understand this and work with us regarding these issues. Partial refunds are not something that we can do easily.

Q. How long will my discount remain in place once I reach a certain level and how long do I have to achieve the next level?

A. At this time, you will have an unlimited amount of time on your achieved discount level. Once you get to a level you stay at that discount level. We do not plan on deleting previous orders.

For example, in 2004 you had $505.00 total eligible orders and in 2005 you order an additional $2000.00 for a total of $2505.00 and you don't order in 2006. Your e-Flight Rewards™ discount would remain the same as it was in 2005 (3%) and as soon as you reach $4000.00 in eligible orders, you would achieve the next higher level at 4%.

The e-Flight Rewards™ program is at ALL e RC's sole discretion to terminate at any time. Should ALL e RC end the e-Flight Rewards™ program, all accumulated discount levels and order totals may be negated at ALL e RC's sole discretion. ALL e RC is not responsible for loss of database history or database corruption causing problems in the accumulated order total figures which determine customers discount levels.
