Due to the overwhelming demand for many of our products, we have decided to begin taking backorders for them. If you see a "Backorder" button next to the item you desire to purchase, this indicates that we are currently out of stock on this item but will take a backorder on that item. In order to reserve a place in line for the item(s), please place your order as early as possible. Please be aware that your prepayment on this order holds your place in line. Your credit card or Paypal account is automatically charged for these items. When checking out with backordered items in your cart, you agree to the terms and conditions of our backorder policy.
When placing an order for an item that has a "Backorder" button next to it, you will be prompted during checkout on the payment page to select one of the following choices:
1. I understand the backorder policy and am willing to accept additional charges for shipping the backordered items at a later date.
or
2. Please hold my order until all items are in stock.
If you select the first choice, your order will be shipped with all items that are in stock and we will either charge the same credit card that was used on the initial order for the additional shipping charges for the backorder shipment or if Paypal was used, we will send a payment request via email for the additional shipping charges. The additional shipping charges will not exceed actual shipping charges for the item in question.
If the second choice is selected, we will not ship the order until ALL items are in stock.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are an international customer, or if you are paying by check/money order then we will automatically hold your order for all items to come in stock before shipping regardless of which choice you select.
After one of the above choices is selected using the radio button next to the appropriate choice, the text will automatically be entered into the comments section of your order after checkout which will tell us how you want your order handled.
Although we make every effort to be sure that our website inventory matches our actual product on hand at all times but there will be occasions due to phone orders that we may run out of stock on an item without the website showing you the "Backorder" button/status before or during checkout. In these cases we will know that the website count was innacurate because the backorder selection will not appear in the comments secion as previously discussed. In these cases, we will ship your order with all in stock items and then ship the backordered items at our expense when they arrive. Please note that this is the ONLY case where we will ship items separately at our expense.

Please Note: While shopping throughout our site, you may add an item to your cart that has the "Add To Cart" button next to it but then you may update the quantity to a value higher than the number in stock. In this case, the quantity in stock appears next to the item in red with three asterisks (XX*** - where XX is the quantity on hand).
